Terms of use

You need an account to use Rageon. Sign in with Discord, Google or a link sent to your email.

An account belongs to one person. Don't share it or sell access to it.

Each plan allows a set number of computers. Swap a computer at rageon.dev/account/devices.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, write to support@rageon.dev.

Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancel any time from your account, in the Stripe portal. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account moves to Free.

If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card. After that, your account moves to Free.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, and within 7 days of buying a credit pack. This is the withdrawal period of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (article 49).

A refund isn't available if the account has been used in any way since the payment, such as an export, a capture or credits spent.

After that, canceling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

To ask for a refund, write to support@rageon.dev from the email on your account.

Credits pay for AI generation, such as textures and liveries.

Every plan includes credits each month. Plan credits you don't use don't carry over to the next month.

Credits you buy in packs never expire. They follow the refund rules above.

On plans with a weekly limit, exports and captures each have their own window. A window starts with your first export or capture and resets seven days later.

If you move to a smaller plan, your projects stay and you can still open and edit them. New exports follow the limits of your current plan.

Use Rageon only with a licensed copy of GTA V on the same computer. Nothing from the game ships with the app.

You're responsible for what you publish on your server, including mods made by others that you edit or include.

Don't bypass, alter or interfere with how the app checks your account or plan.

What you generate with AI in Rageon is yours to use in your projects and on your server.

Don't use AI generation to create content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit, or that uses logos, trademarks or likenesses you have no right to use.

You can stop using Rageon at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@rageon.dev.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, such as one shared between people or one that bypasses the plan check.

Rageon is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. Keep backups of your work.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. As a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
